Easy all the way around

The adhesive is strong and it last all night long. It was real easy to tear off it did not hurt or rip your skin. It was comfortable to wear and I had a good nice sleep.

A little small for larger lips like mine but they are slightly breathable and still work as intended

Works great, sleep improved!

I swear by mouth tape. No longer do I sleep with my mouth wide open. I got my best score ever on my last perio maintenance and I attribute that to using mouth tape. When sleeping I no longer breath in bacteria which may contribute to diminished dental hygiene. What's strange is that very time I need a new pack the last brand isn't available and I have to purchase a new brand.
